Last Saturday, 9 May 2025, Island Hospital was pleased to host the “Secure Your Future Talk” in collaboration with Great Eastern at the Seminar Hall, Peel Wing. 📍✨

The programme brought together meaningful health and financial insights, aiming to support participants in building a healthier, more secure future. It also served as a valuable platform for Great Eastern agents and policyholders to connect, share, and engage in an enriching session.

We were honoured to have Dr. Ng Ying Fun, Consultant Rheumatologist at Island Hospital, who delivered an insightful talk on Joint & Bone Health. Dr. Ng emphasised the importance of early intervention, adopting healthy lifestyle habits, and practising preventive care to ensure long-term mobility and overall well-being.

Participants also took part in an interactive exercise session led by our Physiotherapist, featuring simple stretching and mobility movements that can be easily incorporated into daily routines to help improve joint flexibility and muscle health. 💪

In addition, Great Eastern conducted a retirement planning sharing session, providing practical guidance on financial preparedness and long-term security planning.
