Time plays a vital role in saving lives, as demonstrated in a recent real-life case where timely use of an AED made a critical difference. Inspired by the importance of early response, a Basic Life Support (BLS) Workshop was conducted to equip the community with essential life-saving skills.

During the workshop, participants received both theoretical knowledge and hands-on training in CPR, AED usage, and choking management, helping them build the confidence to act effectively in emergency situations.

Medical emergencies can occur at any time, and the first few minutes are often crucial. Being prepared can truly save lives.
