The procedure was led by transplant urologists Dr. Sritharan Subramaniam and Dr. Khoo Say Chuan, together with nephrologists Dr. Vijaya B. Ramasamy and Dr. Danny Ong. Their expertise and close collaboration were key to the success of the surgery.
