Account Deletion Procedures

An account holder wishing to delete their account in the Island Hospital Mobile Application may choose from the following options:

 

Option A: Deletion via Island Hospital Mobile Application

 

An account holder may delete their account directly through the Island Hospital Mobile Application by following the guided steps below:

Step 1
Tap on “Profile” Icon

Step 2
Tap on “Delete Account”

Step 3
Tap on “Delete” Button

Step 4
Tap on “Done” Button

Option B: Deletion Request via Island Hospital Customer Service

 

For an account holder who has uninstalled the Island Hospital Mobile Application from the device, or who prefer not to use the app for account deletion, it is possible to request account deletion by contacting Island Hospital Customer Service. Our dedicated team will facilitate the secure removal of your account from our system.
